Meet Jared
I have been in the retail pharmacy business the last 20 years, and managing one for the last 8. When it came time for my pharmacy to be toured by corporate management, I always knew my supervisor would ask one question?
“Jared, are you NCO?”
What is NCO, you ask? NCO is an acronym for Neat, Clean, and Organized. NCO was always demanded of me because it could make or break my tour. My metrics could be impeccable, but if my pharmacy was not NCO, I was in trouble.
